What is the 30 Day Butt Lift Challenge?


The 30 Day Butt Lift is a program by BeFit, which involves 10 minute butt-blasting workouts, a different one scheduled each day for 30 days to lift and firm up your booty.

The good news is this challenge is completely FREE!

BeFit have posted these workout videos on youtube, so you can watch and follow along from home absolutely free of charge.

How Much Time Does the 30 Day Butt Transformation Require Each Day?

In the first couple of weeks you’ll be doing one of the 10 minute workouts per day.

Days 14-27 see you doing either one or two of the 10 minute workouts each day.

And it’s only for the last 3 days of the challenge that you’ll need to set aside just 30 minutes to do 3 of the workouts back to back. (Your butt will be up for the challenge by this time!)

Of course some days you don’t need to do anything at all – rest days ensure you only ever work out for a maximum of 3 or 4 days in a row.

A Better Butt Will Be Had!

At just 10 minutes each, these workouts are very easy to do and fit into your busy day, trust me as a mom and a full-time nurse I still have time for this workout.  Even better is that my husband has started to notice my firmer tushy too.  To make sure I do them everyday I set a notification on my phone to alert me first thing in the morning. These butt workouts will keep your glutes activated and working harder throughout the rest of the day.
